Sales:

1. I do offer a full money back guarantee where a model is deemed to be "not as described”.

2. Should a model be damaged in transit, refunds will be issued on receipt of returned item/items.

3. Other than as 1. or 2, (above)  any other exchange of an item would be at our discretion.
